The set of two handy silicone mats is perfect for splitting a recipe, and helps you shape, pre-measure and store cookie dough with ease. Once your dough is formed, our mat does the rest—simply lay down your dough and shape into a log, replacing wasteful single-use plastic wrap. The end caps slide right on to protect your dough and the straps keep it secured and rolled up while it chills in the refrigerator or freezer. Once the dough is chilled, rest the log on the side with our raised markings that will gently perforate your dough. Then move your dough to your cutting board (never slice on the Mat) and use the perforated guides to slice uniform cookies. The built-in guides allow you to easily differentiate between 1.5-inch, 1.75-inch or 2-inch diameter cookies. Only want a few cookies at once?
